Giving back to the Community is an integral part of every FAB Concepts location.
- Over the past 6 years, FAB Concepts Annual Charity Golf Tournament has raised over $120,000 for:
- Sick Kids Hospital Foundation
- Milton District Hospital
- East York General Hospital
- Tour for Kids
- FAB Concepts makes frequent donations to the Daily Bread Food Bank
- Every FAB Concepts location offers a full range of Team Sponsorship to local sports teams.
- Many FAB Concepts locations run Annual Christmas Toy Drives for their respective communities
These activities cannot continue without the support and loyalty of our employees. They have developed strong relationships with our long-term guests and always welcome our new guests and treat them with the same high quality service. Together, we have developed a standard of quality in both product and guest service that is consistently noticed and appreciated.
To maintain and enhance these relationships we have established a variety of promotional events to say “Thank you” to our customers and encourage them to visit us more often. Some examples of these promotional events are:
- Robbie Burns dinner and scotch nosings;
- Winemakers’ & Beer makers’ Dinners;
- Guest Appreciation Parties;
- Company of the Day Parties;
- Christmas and Anniversary parties for guests
